OSCARS 2019 FASHION RECAP

This Sunday Hollywood celebrated the 2019 Oscars. Sunday night right after the Oscars I went live on Univision to share my favorite red carpet looks. Find the link with full video below. One of my favorite looks was Lady Gaga’s all black Alexander McQueen with the gorgeous Tiffany and Co necklace. Gaga has sure come along way since the days where she had all eyes on her with those extravagant numbers. Another all time favorite was Charlize Theron in a baby blue Dior and Bulgari jewels. Let’s just say Charlize is always breath taking on the red carpet. Jennifer Lopez is also one of the most waited for on the red carpet and this year she changed things up a bit with this Tom Ford metallic dress. Lopez never goes wrong on the carpet. And two of the most expected on this years carpet where Yalitzia Alparicio and Marina De Tavira both in princess tulle gowns very Oscar appropriate.

And then we had Maya Rudolph in a not so appropriate Giambattista Valli floral print something. I can not even describe all the reasons why this dress did not work. But let’s just say Maya needs to hire a new stylist. Gleen Close went for a Carolina Herrera number which was to much gold and to much fabric. Emma Stone also went for a much more risky dress from Tom Ford but something about the sleeves and pattern in the dress just didn’t suit her angelic face. And last Kacey Musgraves I am still stuck between love and hate. I will let you be the judge. Comment below.
