The Hermès Fall-Winter 2025 Limited Edition Makeup Collection!

Several leading fashion houses, including Hermès, are making impressive entries into the beauty industry with new, high-end product launches that emphasize luxury, craftsmanship, and brand heritage. These brands are expanding their businesses to capture a growing market for prestige cosmetics and skincare, which was valued at over $63 billion in 2023.

In 2020, Hermès debuted its first collection of lipsticks, Rouge Hermes, featuring refillable, sustainable packaging and shades inspired by the brand's archives. The brand has since expanded to include blushes, nail enamels, and a complexion balm called Plein Air.

A new limited edition collection is composed of three lipsticks and an eyeshadow palette conceived by Gregoris Pyrpylis, Creative Director of Hermès Beauty, illuminates the autumn-winter 2025 season. Circles and squares combine to create a visual ballet of sensual geometries and straight lines. It all begins with a line, a drawing, a sketch, a square – a shape that has been emblematic since 1937, when the first silk scarf was created to mark the centenary of the house.“This collection is inspired by the two most radical, pure and essential shapes in drawing and design: the circle and the square,” explains Gregoris Pyrpylis. “They are at the root of every Hermès Beauty object and creative intention. In this collection, we find them in a range of almost nocturnal shades, in sublime half-tones that create an optical illusion.”

A trio of Rouge Hermès lipsticks

To echo the eyeshadow palette, Pierre Hardy, creator of Hermès Beauty objects, has reinterpreted this geometric duo for Rouge Hermès, arranging circles and squares in an alternating pattern that sweeps around the cylindrical tubes like a multicoloured illusion. This design is a veritable manifesto for Hardy’s designs for Hermès Beauty: shapes assert themselves majestically, enhancing the initial template with infinite plays on colour and composition.

24 Rose Épure: the natural charm of a soft pink that colours the lips with a subtle hint of rosewood. Light matte finish.

55 Rose Mauve: an elegant, compelling pink with a smoky depth, tinged with a veil of mauve. Satin finish.

69 Rose Primaire: a bold, bright magenta pink, decisive and dynamic. Light matte finish.

“Shades of pink grace the lips: a soft and ethereal Rose Épure, an archetypal and compelling Rose Mauve, and an intense and bold Rose Primaire,” says Gregoris Pyrpylis”.

An Ombres d’Hermès palette

For the eyes, the round case designed by Pierre Hardy houses a quartet of new shades in textures and finishes reminiscent of those in the permanent collection.

12 Ombres Optiques: a unique harmony of contrasting notes brings shapes into a visual and sensual dialogue. From deep, iridescent purple to bluish-grey, from shimmering gold to a deep blue-green, colour oscillates between extremes to better accentuate the gaze.

Three nail enamels

This bold, free-spirited limited edition is completed with three nail enamels from the Les Mains Hermès permanent collection – 89 Violet Byzantin, 79 Jaune Impérial and 91 Vert Écossais. The objects in the Rouge Hermès and Ombres d’Hermès autumn-winter 2025 Limited Edition collection can be refilled with any other shade from their respective permanent collections.

The collection will be available from September 2025 in selected Hermès retail outlets worldwide.
