Winter Essentials
With the holidays upon us, we all want to keep warm but still look fashionable at all of our soirees and gatherings. To me, dressing for winter in California is all about layering, a good trench coat, and a comfy pair of boots. Especially in Los Angeles, where one day it’s sweater weather and the next is a cute dress type of day. When winter kicks in, the first thing I pull out of the back of my closet are my boots. I recently found this pair at Zara, one of my favorite stores. I love these boots because they have a heel small enough to wear just about anywhere. I like to dress them up or down. In this picture, I paired them with a patterned dress, which has a 70's vibe, a huge trend this season. A good trench coat is key to looking on point during winter. It can make or break your outfit. I like to invest in a good trench and pair of boots every winter. This trench is one of my favorites because the color goes with just about anything.

Durante estos días festivos, todas queremos vestir a la moda sin perder la comodidad. Para mi, lo mas importante es vestir con muchas capas, y tener un buen abrigo y par de botas. Especialmente aquí en Los Ángeles, donde un día hace frío y al día siguiente disfrutamos de temperaturas calidas. Cuando llega el invierno lo primero que hago es desempolvar mis botas y abrigos. Estas botas cafés de gamuza, de la tienda Zara, son mis favoritas. Son muy versátiles porque el tacón es el tamaño perfecto. No son demasiado altas y permiten usarlas de manera formal é informal. Aquí las combine con un vestido con patrón un poco “setentero” y con un abrigo con un tono parecido a las botas. Para mi siempre es importante invertir en buenos abrigos y botas pues son el enfoco de tu atuendo.
